Terms of Service
Comissioning Devilmutt Studios means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed on this page. Please read through before comissioning. Breaking TOS will result in having your comission cancelled and you being blacklisted depending on severity.These terms of service will cover all types of comission or purchace from Devilmutt Studios.
- I have the right to change my terms of service at any point for any reason.- To commission Devilmutt Studios you must be 18+- For NSFW commissions and purchases, you may be required to provide legal proof of age- Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit unless discussed and agreed upon with Devilmutt Studios. Commercial use rights will include an extra fee.- I own all rights to the work.- I am allowed to post works on my social media unless requested otherwise.- I am allowed to include works I create in my portfolio.- Putting any of my works into any form of AI software or engines is strictly prohibited.- All of my listed commission prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.- I have the right to decline a commission for any reason, and at any point (with appropriate refunding if required)- Payment is required up front and in full before Devilmutt Studios begins a commission (Payment plans can also be discussed on large commissions or purchases such as fursuits or bundles)- Please give credit to Devilmutt Studios when sharing commissioned arts or works online- Stealing, tracing and heavy referencing of our works is strictly prohibited- Payments to be taken via Paypal, Ko-fi or Bank Transfer-Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behaviour against me during the process will result in me cancelling the commission. You will be refunded appropriately depending on commission progress.- You have the right to cancel a commission at any point, refunds will depend on the stage of the works and I am allowed to repurpose the cancelled commission.- You will receive updates on all commissions from Devilmutt Studios, which can include sketches and various stages of art, and WIPs of any physical work such as fursuits.- During a art commission, after the sketch has been approved three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.TOS last updated: 8th November, 2025
About Devilmutt
Devilmutt Studios began in 2019 as TopFur Studios, 16 year old me, and a passion for the furry community and crafts (and my mums sewing machine.) I did art commissions and the occasional kigu or suit parts for myself and friends.In early 2024 I changed my name to Devilmutt Studios and began my journey into more professional fursuit making. My current goal is to make some premades for 2026, as well as expand into making accesories and merch, and of course sticking with my roots, art comissions.Devilmutt aims to focus on quality crafts made with passion, dedication and a love for the community, no matter how big or small the creation.Devilmutt is prouddly trans and neurodiverse owned, and is a safe space for the LGBT+ and disabled communities
